I initially wrote a poor review bc I'm a serious musician and this particular stand knocks over easily and my expensive flute would be ruined. The company quickly issued me a refund, which I did not expect since I missed the return window. They were very kind and understanding. SO, while I would only recommend this stand for a student in band (and would not give it a high rating), I give the company and their customer service top ratings for how they handled the sale/refund. I will now look and see if they have other more appropriate devices that are stronger.

This is a petite stand, that works well for my flute. It folds easily and light/compact. The build is fairly good for the price. I would note one of the foot pads slipped off. They easily pop back on and can be super glued. I believe it is a good product for the price.

For a beginning student it is fine for around the house. It is not as sturdy as some but for the money it does what it has to do.

This stand has everything I was looking for in a flute stand. It is very lightweight, and well designed. The peg legs have rubber stoppers on them, which prevents the stand (with my flute on it) from moving around. The pegs also push up into the base for very compact transport. My search is finally over!

This is just what I needed! It’s heavier than my flute so it doesn’t topple over if I accidentally bump into it. The legs are retractable but really lock into place which is great. Looks super sleek. 10/10!

While made of plastic instead of the wood I am used to with flute stands, this stand is reasonably priced and holds my professional Brannen Cooper flute perfectly well.
