This guitar kit comes with everything you need to get started except for an amplifier which is not expensive. The sound is great. Me being a beginner I have some trouble with the tuning but in time will get easier. This is a great kit for any left handed player.

Bought this for my 13 yo son to learn how to play and it really has great sound, good quality and affordable price. Came with it's accessories that are really handy. Very happy with it.

Sound is great and love the look. Made very well. Not crazy about the tuning keys. Maybe the ratio of the gears. It has a gap going higher to lower when tuning. Pickup is good could be better but I like it. Over all price is awsome. So I give a 4 star

Excellent customer service! Received the first guitar in a timely manner, however, it was damaged. They were responsive to my request and sent me a new guitar immediately. However, it was not the right finish. They then sent me the correct finish when it arrived to their warehouse and allowed me to keep the other guitar since it took a while. Truly excellent service. I am very happy with how they handled my issues. Guitar is beautiful and sounds lovely!

Amazing guitar, I’ve been playing for almost 3 years and this is a really good one. It’s nice for a beginners as well as for people with some experience, it came really nicely packed and nothing was broken or missing, as soon as I toned it is sounded nice, all of the accessories are pretty cool to use and the tuning device was helpful I totally recommend!!!

I bought this as a starter guitar for my 19 year old son. It is also for lefties which is really hard to find. It came with absolutely everything needed and than some . It was packaged so carefully and we were very, very impressed with the quality especially at the very reasonable price. Do NOT hesitate on this one. It is a great buy and wonderful quality.

I had just received this item on Tuesday as UPS had dropped it off from Amazon Prime. I was so excited to get have. But that excitement quickly wore off fast. The main box inside the shipping box wasn't secured. There wasn't any tape or glue used. So it can come off easy.I didn't see any damage to the guitar at all. It was inside the protective guitar case. Matted finish really to me didn't looks so good a finger magnet waiting to happen. Once had removed the packing which was done that factory in China. They really took a lot of care into this guitar packaging. The bag with the accessories was in the box on the top under the case.They have given any one who has order this guitar a lot of things even the sand paper if you need. But they should have give you some tools extra. The guitar out of the box is not tuned correctly or poorly manufactured tuning pegs that are defective. As seen in picture #2 and string ties tabs in picture number #3 is just mere plastic.Sound quality is awful with this 6 strings. 2 thin strains needed tuning up and well as the other 4 strings. I use the tuner digital fork tuning to show green, but the 2 other ones were still off. Now you see that the peg assembly is defective you can't tighten the string in either direction.Then there is something moving around inside the guitar housing as well. I see a lot of care gone into making look mint condition but there is no QL quality control inspection maybe just for the aesthetics, but not for the sound.There is a preamp feature the manual very tiny book doesn't cover that too much. More like a graphic equalizer.Not happy with this purchased as well. There is a reviewer here who had some problem I believe.Word to the manufacturer before you ship these guitar make sure tuning is on the time. If not a lot of us are going to return it. I am returning I don't want another one because poor quality control would have catch this instead you just packed it up as is for the customer to deal with these defectives.

Perhaps I received a "lemon", but, strings buzz on all frets. Tightened & loosened the truss rod , still buzz. Showed it to an expert to fix, costs double the price to get fixed ($150 to $400). 100% AMZN would have to discard it as it's either a lemon/defect item or just don't sell cheap stuff....Not returning it but I'd love my $ back obviously and will keep it to make it a learning project for myself... Unplayable ... Per the expert , it's a manufacturing issue & cheap brand... SUCKS but I'll file down each fret somehow and see after biting the expensive tools for the job (haven't bought yet)... Don't recommend even for beginners. Instead of this, go to a legit music shop , add $100 more and but yourself a reputable brand (fender, Les Paul,...). IF AMZN agrees that I keep this and refund me the $218, I'll post/send a video describing exactly what's wrong with it so they could figure out if this is just a lemon. Without details they cannot know if it is or not per the expert. AMZN EMAIL OR CALL ME ;P
