Update: I called customer service and we tried to troubleshoot the problem. We couldn’t fix it and the ended up replacing it. We brought new note stickers on the keys because my daughter is using this to practice her lessons. This is a wonderful and cute keyboard.It was great when it worked. I brought this as a Christmas present for my 7 year old. 2 months later it just stopped working and I don’t know why. It still turns on and everything but there’s no sound anymore.

I've had keyboards in the past and none were quite so user-oriented. I want to first say I like the fact that they designed the keyboard white so that the owner can go to town making it theirs with paint or markers or whatever they desire. I REALLY like that feature and haven't ever seen it before. The price was great because competitors are asking almost double and more. I wanted a keyboard to play rhythm for me while I play bass or the guitar. It's great for that and even has some other features like recording and songs it's already set up to play for you that are beneficial for the same reasons. If you aren't looking for some complicated, expensive, too-many buttons, keyboard, than go with this one. It's great and durable and you can make it yours so nobody can steal it!! Thanks for that design!! I still haven't decided how to decorate my keyboard, but I'll post pictures if I ever do decide!

It was exactly what I ordered. The only problem is the microphone stopped working within hours of me opening the box for my daughter to use it. Other than that the piano is working great.

Got this for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it. I waited for a bit to write this review to see how it would hold up. She still loves it 4 months later. It’s very sturdy and of good quality. Which is needed for a teenager. She loved that it’s pink as well!

Overall, pretty decent for the price. Good features, nice color options, clean looking, good drum accompaniments, and some sounds are decent. Good size. It's hard to find kid's pianos that look clean like this compared to the very industrial looking Casios and Yamahas.However, we had to return because of two factors. One, the Microphone is awful and it makes a loud buzzing sound through the speakers, like AC hum and ground loop static. Just not good. Microphone also cannot be heard through headphones. Which leads to the other big problem. One of the main reasons we got this is to have our daughter use the headphones too. BUT, a serious design flaw is that the lowest volume setting on the volume button is still way too loud. It's either level 1, or 0, which goes to silence. At level 1, it's still super loud. Compared to the volume settings of the drum accompaniment, which can go nice a soft incrementally, we'd expect the main piano tones volume to do the same, but it doesn't. It's too loud at the lowest setting both through the speakers and through the headphones, making it uncomfortable to play or enjoy...which is unfortunate.So, overall if Vangoa reads this and can improve the next model on these two factors, it's worth another look for a started introductory piano for a child. The light up key function doesn't work as well as it should. It's a great concept.If Vangoa were to improve this, they should research and make it work like the Casio Lk-280's key light function. That is very good and works like it should.hope this helps everyone considering this keyboard.Like I said, it's decent. But the volume setting is a big deal breaker.

The piano had a problem within the warranty period, there was no sound coming out, I contacted the manufacturer and received good support, they replaces my piano with a new one. Thank you for the promp response!

Love the unique light-up feature on the keys. Seems durable so far as all the kids have been engaged and spent hours practicing since they received it for New Years. Great buy for any kid showing interest in a piano or keyboard. Wish it came with add-on options like a stand or covering though! Very pleased overall with the quality and because the kids love it more!
