These bars look great. I had a local body shop do the hard part and attach the screws. But I assembled it. No instructions came with it. But I figured it out easy enough. Took a half hour. Bed cover will fit “ if you mount it closer to the rear window. “. I wanted it spaced more from the rear. So my cover is 1/2 from the back of the bed. No big deal. It’s only to keep leaves out of it.

Looks and fits good. Strong. I have A 70lb full size lightbar on it and it holds solid.

It looks and works great!!That being said, it wasn't easy to fit to my 2006 Toyota Tacoma, TRD Sport, double cab. It fits just took some shifting.It does fit. Securely. I left my plastic bed rail panels on so I needed to buy longer base screws.The instructions given weren't even written in a broken foreign/ English language, they had no language. They were indecipherable, useless and the pictures didn't help. Pretty easy to figure out though.

Only had this on my truck for about 2 months. Already starting to rust and make my new truck look bad. Waiting for confirmation to return it.Update company refused return despite poor worksmanship since it lasted just long enough to pass the Amazon return date. So much for warranty.Update. Contacted Vanguard directly and they stood by the warranty and sent me a new bar. I sprayed over the bolts and screws with a can of truck bed liner. Has been good for the last 8 months so far.

I read several comments about these sports bars (lack of instructions, lack of hardware, that does not fit well because it is universal). In my experience installing it, I had no problem. first I assemble it without tightening the screws, then check the distances and install the rivnuts that come in the package and voila, tighten and check all the screws

Nice Quality, difficult installation. Called for help did not receive a response. Figured out way that included self tapping rather than bolting. Looks good when it’s done.

Overall product is good. Minor paint issues but nothing big. Top light plate tends to rattle when truck bounces but easily fixed with rubber bumpers. Vanguard emblem is cut out and does not come with red backing plate like the Atlas but can be easily done using red vinyl. Installation was simple but is heavy to lift in place so getting help is advised. Overall I would recommend, gives the truck a very beefy look to it.
