The kit contained all the necessary components for my old Type H projector head in my kitchen, including the 3.3FT H Type Track Rails, end caps, and a live end feed connector. The white finish of the rails seamlessly blended with my ceiling, and their compatibility with the single circuit 120V H Style Track System perfectly matched my existing setup. Once installed, the track rails performed flawlessly, providing a stable and secure base for the H LED Track Lighting Heads. Overall, I've had a positive experience with it so far.

I got 4 of their track lights a while back, so when the tracking came up, I figured it would create a perfect system for my new workshop. As long as I don't have to frequently reposition the lights, I will be right. Though this track is rather light weight, it has a decent copper conductor Proper track lights fit into this bar very easily, twist in to lock in place, pull down and turn to release.If there is something I don't like about it, which is the reason for 4 vs 5 stars (along with the overall lightweightness of it) is that the electrical insert is held in place by the tension of a screw that goes into plastic... I've tried to show that in the first pic. It doesn't lock in place only screws in and holds against the metal by the tension of the screw.. if you screw it in too hard, you'll break the plastic, and if you don't the end would too easily come out. I can mod it to give it the stability I want, but I really shouldn't have to.Anyways, all the rest seems good, and I think for anyone who doesn't want to constantly reposition their lights this will be a great deal.

VINE REVIEWS - These tracks are for H-type track lights and they work beautifully with this track bar. The connection copper bar inside moves if it is not tied so make sure to tie the one end of the track bar before installing otherwise the copper connection bar will slide out as you slide the lights in. H-type has certain way of installing the lights so you can only install lights in one way. So, please make sure to have the correct rotation of your track bar before installing and the wired connection has to be made accordingly.The material quality is aluminum with thin copper connection bars inside to make connections with track lights. I ordered this track bar along with track lights so I got the same color as I was expecting which looks beautiful.

This track light rail is on par with others I've used in the past. I don't see any deficiencies in quality.It mounts flat and is compatible with my track lights.Overall, pretty decent.
