I was able to assemble this hall tree in about two hours. I have assembled many items like this and I don't think it could be done in much less time. I did not have any trouble with any of the screws or bolts. They start easily , go in about half an inch then get a little harder but all continued right in. I wonder if people started drilling at the first sign of resistance instead of trying a little harder. The supplied tool seemed totally adequate for the job. The other thing I wondered but did not see in the reviews I read was how sturdy the bench was. There are several different supports for the bench including a metal bar and it seemed capable of supporting my 200 pounds with no problem. Very sturdy. Looks great. I like it

So glad we decided to buy this! We don’t have much of an entry way and this fits perfect in our small space and looks so nice too! If you’ve ever put together IKEA furniture or something similar, this will be no problem. The step by step instructions were easy to follow, everything was labeled well, took about two hours for me to put it all together. I was a little concerned reading some other reviews about the predrilled holes not being deep enough, but thankfully did not run into that. Wouldn’t have been a hard fix anyways with a drill, but was glad I didn’t have to do that extra step. For the price, this is great!

I needed a hall tree badly since a lot of shoes and purses and coats collected in that area. It was a little hard to put together, I’m not gonna lie. Couldn’t get one of the screws in, but it’s OK. It took me good part of almost two hours going slow by myself, but overall I love it. It’s very sturdy and it looks great

This comfortable holds 9ish pairs of shoes, multiple coats, and has space for hats/gloves/etc. Took a little time to put together but definitely doable. I recommend!

Allen wrenches and a Phillips screwdriver come with this, but you can use your own. I used my screwdriver and the included Phillips (hex) wrenches. Assembly took about an hour. I took my time and ensured I was putting it together in the order intended. It goes together well and when tightened up, it is very sturdy. The only downside is that the rails leading to the top allow the top to wobble a little.We are quite happy with the end product.

This coat/shoe storage fits great in our 1970s split level entryway. It is tricky to find something that fits AND is functional in this space. Apparently nobody in the 1970s ever wanted to take their shoes/coat off when they got inside? Enter this entryway organizer! Fits perfectly in the space, and can store all our belongings well (we are a family of tall, large shoe people). Snow boots will have to be stored elsewhere, but gloves and hats can be hung up. This rack was So heavy, I only brought it in as far as the entryway and decided to just build it there. But that means it is strong and durable. Highly recommend!

We bought this storage bench for my son's dorm. It sits just inside the door and functions as a mud room of sorts. He and his roommate use it for rain jackets, umbrellas, biking gear, and hats. I chose this one over others because of the drawers. Each dude has his own drawer to use as a "do not forget" spot. The assembly was easy and the bench is really sturdy. The included hooks are perfect for hanging hats and jackets. Plus, it's cute! It doesn't look like typical dorm furniture. I would definitely buy again.

The unit is very sturdy once put together, however, many of the #1 screws could not be screwed in They had to be hammered in. Luckily no damage incurred to the unit due to hammering. For the price of the unit, I would rate this as a good value.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I love it.Is a huge space saver and can really hold a lot of stuff by utilizing the bottom and top shelf components. (Left middle shoe rack out for extra storage)Bench is sturdy and strong too with metal reinforcements.Assembly took a couple hours, relatively easy to follow instructions. ( handrails have a front and back make sure to check )Steps have some combined steps so watch out for that.Only disappointing thing is that the drawers only have a wood panel on the front and are material draws. Still function perfect and look great.If you are looking for hooks to fit the rod, use shower curtain hooks! I spent way too long at Home Depot and Rona trying to find an S hook that fits and Walmart had the perfect ones…

Love my hall tree. Took a minute to assemble (4hrs by myself) but that was mostly my fault. Very heavy in the box so try to get some help bringing it in. I’m very happy with my new addition and would recommend it highly

This hall tree fits perfectly in our small back entry. Tons of hooks for my kids' backpacks and jackets, plus 2 shelves for shoes or baskets, and although the drawers are made of mostly fabric, they work perfectly and look like real drawers when closed! Nice that it can be used as a bench as well. Beautiful grey wood-tone and black colors. Definitely recommend this one!
