MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION -MAKE YOUR MACHINE SAFER
Please note the maintenance & Inspection: Oil the clutch bushing every 4 hours of use. Try to get the oil in between the housing and the bushing. Removal of the bushing from the sprocket is the best way to ensure proper lubrication.
Inspect the clutch for damaged, missing, or loose parts.
Inspect the chain tension, chain condition, and sprocket alignment.

This product was shipped fast, and my son had it 2 days after I ordered it, which made him happy. Everything was correct accept the rear axel part was to big, but that's because this mom didn't know what she was doing lol

The chain is fine, no issues there.The clutch works, but not great. We used it on a Coleman cc100x minibike, lubricated with 10w 30 prior to install.This clutch is prone to slipping under power. It also like to randomly engage at idle, even at the slowest sustainable rpm. It's been like this since the week we installed it.It still rides but acts up alot. We will replace it

This review is for the VASHLY Go Kart Clutch 3/4" Bore 10T with #40 41 420 Chain. This is like the mini bike clutches we used to use on Briggs and Stratton engines when I was younger, but much heavier. These are workhorse centrifugal clutches. This one (3/4 inch) shaft fits my 6.5 horsepower Predator engine. Also the 420 chain which is included is standard for a lot of old motorcycle sprockets that we have around our ranch. They include two end bolts with two washers, and the hex set screw with two allen wrenches. This clutch appears very, very well made, and very heavy duty. I don’t expect to find any problems with this one. I’m impressed. Don’t hesitate to purchase this clutch.
