The Vater 5B hickory are my fav and I cant seem to play with other brands. The way they flex and bouce back is special IMO. Call me crazy but I wont play without the vibe that Vater 5B hickory brings to my playing. TOP NOTCH!!!

I think I've found my new go-to sticks. These remind me of the way Vic Firths used to feel before their recent decline. Nice and sturdy, smooth finish, and just the right amount of heft. Not to mention the price is better. Definitely recommend these.
