It is seldom that I get to write a positive review for astrophotography equipment. Most of the items I have purchased have disappointed or had underwhelming performance. I bought this 5x Barlow on a lark, wondering how good can an $11 Barlow be?? Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. This outperforms the $60 5x Barlow I currently use.I have attached 2 photos of the sun, taken the same day with the same equipment, demonstrating how well this 5x Barlow works.

It fit the small extinction tube i put it on n the clarity n brightness are good on the low powered eyepieces.
