For my application, the ring at the top connecting the two straps Is more than adequate. The Two hooks and all the stitching are very well-made. I use this to Suspend a boat trailer from the ceiling of my warehouse. It worked perfect.

I often need to transport sports car that are very low to the ground on my open car hauler. I am always concerned when I am winching them onto the trailer about the winch cable damaging the paint on the car. The cable often comes in contact with the car as the car begins to be pulled up the ramps onto the trailer. Also most cars don't have a place to hook on to them that is directly in the center of the car and that means the car needs to be steered onto the trailer as well. This bridle is the perfect solution to both of my issues. The nice wide straps lay flat against the lower bodywork of the car spreading the load more evenly and are so much smoother than the winch cable. Being able to attach the bridle to points on either side of the front end makes the car tow up and onto the trailer nice and straight, so no more need to steer, just winch. The loop around straps and hooks make it easy to connect to front the front suspension on just about any car I have encountered. I also like that it acts as a safety strap to secure the car while on the trailer since I leave the bridle on the car connected to the winch during transport. Definitely the best bridle I have seen and the perfect solution for my trailering needs.
