Don't get hung up on the dimensions in the listing, they are irrelevant. The keystones are standard size, and can be popped out and replaced with whatever standard keystone from ICC, Leviton, etc. I ran bulk CAT6 cable through my wall, and rather than crimp on an RJ45 connector I simply popped out the Ethernet keystone and put a punch-down type keystone in its place. Much easier to wire. But you could also put an RCA jack keystone instead if you wanted to run a coax digital audio cable, or put two HDMI keystones on the same plate, etc.

Very high quality material with great finish. Includes a punch down tool and guide for mapping the wires to the socket. Only complaint is how ridiculous the price is. You can piece this cover together elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
