I have only limited experience with these jacks, but so far, they seem to be reliable and they mate securely with the HDMI cables. I did notice that they fit VERY snugly into the keystone plates where I installed them - making them a bit "fussy" to install - but I don't know whether that's a "fault" of these jacks or of the plates that I used them with.

Worked well for my needs, providing full eARC and surround support for my Sonos products while keeping the cables hidden. I used two of these HDMI ports connected in a series which patched my eARC from the TV to VCE HDMI, through the wall and to a 2 gang wall outlet in a builtin cabinet below.I will say that the keystone jacks themselves are slightly too large, and makes it quite the chore to install into wall plate compared to ethernet, coax and other keystone jacks ive used.

Only got 5 in the 6 pack. I've had some Keystone fit quickports but these do not. Luckily they only shipped 5 in the 6 pack so I don't feel guilty for returning.

They seem like decent quality and are working fine. I purchased these to organize my security system HDMI into my network patch panel. And popped in and remove nicely. Will buy again if I need more.
