Got the item delivered in two days! This is an extra long item with packing but it came in perfect condition not even a dent in the outside box. Will enjoy it after the heatwave.

It does what it’s supposed to do. The awning itself seems to be holding up fine for now. All the LEDs work. The cover/protector that it’s in is already showing signs of wear (little tears throughout specifically in the corners) so that’s kind of a bummer given that I’ve had it mounted for about 2 months so that has me a little concerned of how it will hold up long term. Supposedly has a 5 year warranty but good luck trying to get a hold of them. When it arrived it was missing both mounting brackets which is a pretty major part of the hardware. If it was a bolt or nut that’s fine you could just go get some at a hardware store. But the whole brackets? Come on now. I tried contacting them to see if they could send me the brackets instead of me having to return the product, wait for my refund then buy again but they never responded to my emails also went on their website and tried calling the customer service number but would go to voicemail and weirdly they have a message on their website to text the number through WhatsApp if no one answers the call lol. I ended up contacting amazon and thankfully they gave me a partial refund that covered the cost of buying aftermarket brackets.

I bought the Bat Wing awning and it has been nothing but a giant headache. Oddly enough I haven’t even used the product. They need to figure out their packaging and shipping. Even the replacement product they sent arrived in terrible condition. Both items have arrived with broken zippers, missing parts, cracked supports and holes in the covers. The mounting bars for the original of the replacement never arrived. Now I am stuck with two awnings and I can not cobble together all the parts needed to even mount it to my truck. Their support is not easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. BENEHIKE Freestanding Batwing 8.2 FT x 270° Awning Is complete garbage.

Cheap nylon material not ripstop as advertised. Even the stitching on the carry bag was substandard.
