This would make a great gift for crafters and readers.Seller was very quick to respond when the charging cable that is included with the light did not work. They immediately shipped me a replacement and this cable works well.

This light is great for crocheting in the evening!I have excellent vision but I like to crochet while watching tv in the evening, when we keep the overhead lights in the room on dim. That’s fine for watching tv but not for close up multitasking. These light give just the right amount of brightness & sharpness for me to see my work very clearly, without distracting anyone next to me & it helps avoid a lot of eye strain.It feel like good build quality, like something you would get in a Sharper Image catalog. It really doesn’t feel cheap, like I was expecting. That impressed me.Also, I haven’t noticed that it gets warm, even after 3 hours of usage. It stays cool to the touch. I like that you can adjust the angle of both sides the way you need it and it’s long enough that it clears my umm, chest.The lights on each side work independently, which I though would be important, but it’s not really. I find that I prefer to keep them both on the same setting & on high.The low and medium are accurate brightness too, neither is too dim or too bright.The battery seems to last roughly 10 hours. I recharge them every 3-4 days and it works with any properly sized charger cable, not just the one that came with it.Its quite comfortable & lightweight to wear, the battery part is smooth against the back of my neck. I forget it’s there after a minute.My only minor negative, if you can even call it that, is that I don’t notice all 9 light settings. To me, it looks like 3: low, medium, high.I’m particular about color values and generally prefer neutral white light for task lighting so the differences must be pretty subtle if I don’t notice it. Since the left and right work independently, I’ve even tried to compare them against each other and I’m not noticing a color difference as I click thru the settings, just the difference in brightness. But it’s not a big deal, I’m very happy with the color. Its perfect.This light, in my opinion, was a very good buy, especially for the price. It was an impulse buy but it’s definitely been very useful and I’m sure it’s better for my eyes in the long run.

They make the neck light really convenient and easy to use and put away. You can just curl it up and put it on your night stand or even your pocket! The three stages of brightness setting is also great. It's more than just a reading light though. I can use it to type on my laptop (keyboard not backlit) in darkness. And believe it or not, I use it as a hands-free flashlight too! Because the arms are bendable, you can point the light at where you want and use both hands for your tasks. It's really versatile and convenient for me!

This light is useful for very low light situations...I found it to be a nice addition to sitting in the living room while crocheting and watching TV. It works and did a great job lighting up my stitches as I worked without bothering my husband watching TV. I recommend one of these for anyone who needs extra light directly on their work.

This product is just what I needed when I have close hand sewing to do and need more light than a table lamp provides. It's so easy to direct the light exactly where I want it. It's also great for reading in bed. It's also easy to recharge, and holds a charge for a long time.

Used it only few days. The packing was good. The light is good for reading at night without disturbing others. Cable is quite manoeuvrable. Product is sturdy. Hopefully it will last.

I bought this light especially for knitting. I read the reviews and read one that said it was great for knitting. Very disappointing. The neck rest keeps moving it does not diffuse the light. Cannot see darker colors when knitting. Will not recommend this for anyone who knits. Very disappointing vs the price and what the description says. Try another brand.
