Made of 100% rubber our lacrosse balls are firm and don’t compress down with pressure, unlike tennis balls. This makes them perfect for massage therapy to relieve pain and soothe sore muscles. Myofascial Release involves applying gentle pressure to tense muscles and surrounding areas to loosen and stretch the connective tissue.

Bought 1/2 dozen of these for my boys. I got them the lime green ones and in hindsight will order a different color in the future. One that doesn't blend in as well with our grass and hedgerow. Appear to be good quality LAX balls and I would recommend them.

Our boys lose theirs so often we need to replace them a lot, they are great lacrosse balls. I will keep buying these for them.
