Much better price point than the Morton cleaner.Used once when unit told me to clean and soap had more suds prior to cleaning so I know it works.Love you get enough in one bottle for almost a year of cleaning.

I'm honestly not sure how to rate this. I poured it into my water softener, but I don't really have any way testing it's effectiveness however. If I was to improve anything, it would be some way to measure out each treatment.

I've had a 48,000 gr softener for 8 years. Apparently I have a lot of iron in my 21 gr/gal water. Since I can no longer buy the brand of powdered softener 'cleaner' I was using, I've been disappointed by several brands.Not this one.Worked as advertised. Restored my full capacity after a single use.Recommend. Will buy again.

I got this Velocity Water Softener Cleaner Solution because we are on well water with a water softener system and it tends to have the resin get gunked up when we don't use a softener cleaner. The instructions were clear and easy to follow while being very similar to other products that I've used in the past. I can't say for certain that my water is better or worse but I can say that it has maintained my system the same as other products over the past few months. Overall, happy with the product.
