My old 3 way socket just stopped working, so I found these to replace it. Everything is an exact match and they work perfectly with the exception of the outside diameter of the top half where a lampshade would sit. They have an ever so slightly larger OD than the original and the lampshade will only sit right at the top. Easy fix though, just use the old top piece which threads right on and viola! They are a quality item and I would definitely purchase them again.
