The juicer comes with an instruction booklet, however I had a hard time finding online instructions for it as its model number is not clear (900? 905?). Despite this, I was able to figure out how the pieces interconnect in a few minutes. One criticism I can voice is the lack of visual guides (it says align arrows to lock, but there are no visible arrows) for first timers, however once you do it a couple of times it becomes very easy to assemble/disassemble the product.The feed chute is quite large and would fit probably a dozen apples if cut properly. There is a "pestle" stick you can use to push pieces into the squeezer area and its design is mess-free and kid friendly. This has become my daughter's favorite Sunday morning activity. The grater is not super loud and the machine is very stable and "calm", compared to some mixers that we owned.The juice recipe book that comes with it has very nice quality, excellent pictures and recipes of increasing complexity, which is something that I really liked.The apple/carrot/orange juice in the picture was excellent & pulp free.It comes with a brush with a specific opposite edge that you can use to clean deeper parts and it usually takes me about 2-3 minutes to hand wash everything.Overall, we are very satisfied with this product and I cannot wait to try some of the more complex recipes in the book in the coming days!

Half of the fruit directions say not to use because it will stop up the machine. I want to return because I need something that will juice everything easy.

I have had 3 juicers and this is my favorite so far. It cold presses your fruits and vegetables. The collection canister is big compared to the other ones I have had which is a big bonus. The downfall is the fibers from fruits gets jammed and you need to disassemble it to clean mid juice.

I got this juicer for my mom, and it's been amazing for making both fruit and veggie juices. It separates the pulp from the juice really well, so every drink turns out perfect. I totally recommend it for anyone who loves fresh, delicious juices at home. the favoriate part is the big mouth and the elegant looking!!

The box was not sealed properly on delivery. Product seems to be working ok, however, should be sold as “open box†and priced accordingly

This Ventray 900 Juicer work very good, I like how it is cold press. I use less fruits with this juicer and get ample amount of juice when compared to my old juicer from another manufacture.
