Use this at the office, and it works well and looks nice. Love that I can have a low, medium, or high heat. Comfortable!

I got this jacket for my husband after I bought a different brand for myself and discovered the warm coziness of heated jackets. I picked this jacket for him because he wanted a fleece one without a hood. So, this fits the bill. It looks really good on, and fits well (my husband is 6' 4", 258lbs, and got the XXL). It is, however, heavier (and warmer even without the heat on) than your typical fleece jacket, and, compared to my heated jacket which heats up instantaneously, this one takes a few minutes, and doesn't get nearly as warm. It does the job though and is warmer than without the heat, and the battery pack is light and almost can't be felt, unlike the battery pack for my jacket which is much heavier. Quality of the jacket seems to be good.

Works great! My son has a lawn service and works year round. I got this for him for Christmas and he used it a few days later. He advised he never felt the cold nor the wind.

So disappointed I bought this one year ago for a coworker because he works out in a mechanic shop and he finally told me that it didn’t work after three weeks. I’m finding out a year later. I just don’t even know what to say about this product. mine works fine. This one just does not work.

Bought this product plus an additional battery from Venustas, less than 3 months of use and the jacket no longer powers on, or indicates that a battery is even connected.EDIT: seller contacted me after this review and provided a new replacement heated jacket free of charge, shipping was standard and direct from mfg, so it arrived after a few weeks rather than the usual Prime shipping.
