Quality product. True fit to size, well made and works great. Battery pack included and is quality piece of kit. You can also charge your devices with it. Came with a case and provides good heat. Especially like the heat at collar. Perfect for travel because it can fold up very well. Machine washable, and tumble or air dry. Only con is the price. A bit more expensive then some of the other brands but you pay for what you get and it's worth the extra $$

I would highly recommend this product, and I liked it so well I ordered 10 more for presents and everyone dearly loves them. The battery holds a charge for about 6-8 hours depending on how high you have it set. The best feature is the heat around the neck and the pockets are warm. I wear this inside or out, under coats or over a sweatshirt. Great product.

It arrived very quickly. The vest itself is nicely made and the fit can be adjusted via drawstrings on both sides at the bottom of the vest. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Nice and warm!

Working outdoors at a Canadian ski resort, I highly recommend this heated vest. I am now in my second season wearing this and it delivers to all product specifications noted. What I like most is it has the heated lower back and neck area, especially for those -10+ temperatures. Also, the battery is still holding strong and have not had to replace. I researched this product very carefully, plus the Venustas brand was recommended to me from a fellow coworker. Very happy with this product.

I live where temperatures go as low as -40. I wear my vest under my leather coat when I run on town errands, but mostly when I spend hours pushing snow on my ATV or Kubota throughout the winter. This is the best winter purchase I have ever made, this vest provides warmth and comfort on the worst of cold days. I had a battery failure, when I contacted the company, the response back was both sincere and professional. My battery was replaced promptly with a newer model upgraded in both function and durability and physical size. I was truly impressed, their warranty service is without any hassle almost 1 year later, and to be truly honest the quality is a 10 out of 10. Even when I received the replacement battery which was sent priority mail , the box it came in was so fancy, it too has value of use for something. I am impressed with this company and strongly recommend them to everyone who want quality and needs that extra comfort for cool to cold seasons. It is really is about quality and service and this is what this company is all about!!
