I simply love this jacket so far. I purchased it cause I’m a trucker that’s in and out the truck and sometimes have to wait inside my truck to be unloaded and with temps in below teens and 20’s this came in handy. I love the style. I’m 5’3 200lbs and got an XL. The jacket is a little heavy but not too much. It’s comfortable for me and the quality is amazing. I love that it comes with 3 settings and it heats up the front, shoulders, and back. It has really saved me from being cold when I’m unable to idle my truck in freezing temps. This jacket is great! It fits beautifully, it has ample pockets and the heat elements are in the perfect places. I also love the fact the hood is detachable. But all of that pales in comparison to the customer service I have received from this company. I had an issue with the original battery, it didn't last for any length of time, even though fully charged. But the company replied promptly and went over and above to make sure I had what I needed to make it work. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them, you will NOT be disappointed.

My girlfriend has had the jacket for over a year now and it’s still working great. It sees regular use in Reno’s winter and has held up to everything from rain, hiking, and hauling firewood. The batteries life is plenty for a day in the snow, just remember to charge it every night. Durable and good looking, size was spot on.

I get cold easily and live in chilly Minnesota. A warming jacket is brilliant!! Directions with the jacket were misleading. It said that you simply plug in the charged battery and it heats up. No, you have to turn it on. The button is right on the chest- see picture. There's 3 heat settings. I bought an xl due to comments that it runs small. I disagree with those comments. The sleeves are really long and the jacket is overall a little big, likely true to size since I sized up. Without the heating element, it is still a quality jacket. But I do love the heat. A fantastic purchase.*update review * after using this jacket for over a month, my only complaint is the battery life if the charging element. It works up to 2 hours. Had I known about the l9w battery life, I would have ordered from a different company.

I have done extensive research on a heated jacket. I am a freeze baby and have wanted one for a long time but afraid to pull the trigger due to conflicting reviews and the cost of the jacket. I just received this one and it’s everything I wanted. It fits amazing (135 lbs, 5’7 and I got a medium) and it’s super well made. Very warm even without the heater on. On high the heater lasts about 3 hours. The battery pack is a tad bulky in the pocket area but a small price to pay. I’m super happy with my selection.

I love this coat. It is the right amount of cozy I need to help me get through the winter and looks good too. I will say it took me a moment to realize the power button was on the coat itself and not the power pack., but once I figured this out it has been smooth operating. So far the battery life seems very nice too, I've yet to use up the first charge and I've been casually using it for more than a week.

Very well made product. After couple years heating element would not work. Customer service worked with me to identify problem,ended up sending me a whole new coat! Great product, great customer service.Wonderful for those super cold days, high, medium and low setting for your comfort level. Highly recommend this product and company.

Very nice coat, fits great, nice material - heats WAY better than my Milwaukee heated coat for reference. Certainly a great buy; would highly recommend.For size reference, I'm 5'6", 125lb, and the size small is perfect. I can still fit a thick sweater underneath.

Bought this as a gift but it had a minor issue. Instead of just returning it i reached out to the seller and they were more than willing to fix it. The coat fits great. warms up quickly and the battery life is acceptable.Great for the hockey rinks where you have to just sit there for a couple of hours.

I bought this for my Daughter for a Christmas gift. She fully charged the battery and only 3 of the 4 lights came on. She left on an ATV trip and turned it on and the battery wouldn’t work at all. She tried charging it again when she returned home and it wouldn’t even charge. I purchased this jacket before christmas so the 30 day warranty expired before we realized it didn’t work. So unless i want to pay another $120.00 for a replacement battery. Wasted of money. I would not recommend this product.Soon after submitting my revue of this product, I was contacted by the seller. They sent me a new battery right away. They were very easy to deal with and at this point I would purchase from them in the future. They stand by their products. I rated a 4 because the jacket doesn’t heat up as much as I would like but it is comfortable and seems to be well made.

I loved my jacked but My jacket stopped working after a few months.. customer service was AMAZING and sent me their newest version of my jacket and it worked perfect! Even bought my mom one for Christmas! Great product and great support!The jacket is so warm don’t even need the heater! It’s just a plus!

Bought as a Christmas gift in 2022 . Used for roughly 1 full cold season and the battery is done.I have battery backups of all kinds that are no different to these power storage devices and never have I had one fail in 1.5 years with limited use. and you can only purchase a proprietary battery from Venustas.Not happy.
