some cds took a few times to successfully burn songs on, some were unusable, but most worked ok

I bought this product in December and when it came it did not have the Verbatim plastic wrap on it. The first 3 CDs were completely scratched and had finger prints on them. I burned 5 CDs and on play back everyone of them started skipping about 5 tracks in. I've bought hundreds of the Verbatim CD-RWs and never had one fail. BOOTLEG AF DON'T BUY.
