In fairness, it seems to work fine. My gripe is that the screen is pretty scratched up for "renewed excellent" (cost more).Likewise, it's not a big deal that the recessed areas where the antennas attach are a bit dirty, but one would think "renewed" would suggest cleaning was done.This simply looks like, "used good" condition ... but it works.

Just received the product. A random charger cord was sent that is not compatible with the jet pack. Will update review once service has been set up

So simple to set up just changed out SIMs card charged and turned on and it worked automatically the only bad thing is that it seems to be needed to be taken off the charger and put back on a few times a day I'm thinking a timer would work perfectly
