Did not send the correct item. (Ordered VersaCheck Business Check Refills, Form 1000, received VersaCheck personal check refill with mini-stub, Form 3001) Was difficult in the beginning to get it returned and money refunded since the automated system would not allow me to process the return that way. Had to find a phone number which took some time. Finally, got connected with a customer service representative who was very kind and helpful.

Like the first reviewer, I also ordered the #1000 business voucher stle checks but recieved the 3-per-page personal checks. The item description clearly says and describes the 1000 form. Why are we all recieving the 3001 form?
