I’ve ordered 4 pre-primed onlays, 2 out of four having lots of chipping in the primer, one was completely broken, had to get it replaced. The replacement arrived broken. These arrive packed very well, bubble wrap for days, thick cardboard backings, the shipping boxes get to me in mint condition. But even before touching it, looking through bubble wrap and clear plastic that pieces are broken and chipped. They are just too fragile to be shipped.These really are great looking, but I don’t feel like it’s worth the money considering the trouble. In the end, these really are so good looking and there’s nothing on amazon even close to as good looking, so despite the fact that 2/4 of my items are broken, I’m going to repair them and use them. Returns take literally 10 seconds, but I can’t be waiting days for replacements, over and over, I’m in the middle of a build.If these could be made out of a stronger material, I would buy these for every single project, but they can’t survive shipping. I understand these are just made out of urethane, I get that it’s fragile. But I can’t recommend a product that is so fragile it gets destroyed by shipping, even while well packed.

These are absolutely beautiful! If you can get them to mail you the whole thing and not just broken pieces. When they come correctly and all together and not broken! They are just so pretty. I ordered 8 different ones for our bookcase project. Lovely
