Mine was actually missing a piece so I emailed the company and they were excellent in understanding and refunded the money whilst telling me to keep the unit. I found a really long bungee cord to replace the missing piece so it’s working fine. Holds a few basketballs, a few soccer balls, and random sized balls that kids find at big box stores. Actually surprised me how much it can hold. Great item and great communication from the company.

We got this for my son for his birthday, he loves it to keep all his sports balls in his room. It did take him a couple of hours to put it together.
