I have been using these locks outdoors for over a year on the door to the hot tub area of my vacation rental. It is very easy to set a new code and I like to set one to my guest's preference and swap it out with my full time lock when I do a walk-through with them. I live in northern Michigan and there have only been two times when the bottom number dial froze due to freezing rain. Luckily, I could thaw it enough with hand warmth to get the dial moving and didn't have to break out the heat gun. I may try to fashion a rubber flap over it to protect it from the elements for my guests as a few other reviewers have suggested.I am so impressed with the performance and price point that I am planning on purchasing more for indoor use as well.

Perfect for a gym locker. Not a heavy duty lock. But a medium duty lock. Will keep things secure. Easy to change codes. Will buy again.

This two pack was perfect for my honey and I who just want a lock for our gym lockers. These were reasonably priced and it seemed they'd do the job. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised! Very high quality and the ability to set your own combination is a nice plus. We are really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Fairly decent padlocks. Combo was super easy to set, and is plenty stout enough to use on a gym locker or even a gun case. Shackle is just thin enough to use on a duffle bag if you wanted to.

Got tired of carrying/using a key for my old padlock at work, so I bought this to replace it. I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and read all the directions to make sure I understood them before I reset the combination. Once I did that, resetting each lock was a breeze.These seem like good light duty locks for my purposes--which is my locker at work and a piece of luggage that I road trip with often. I'll update this review if I experience any problems with these locks. So far, so good.

Adequate for my needs. Not very strong, but well worth the price. Like most locks, they are designed to keep out the honest people.
