I have red the reviews about this screwdrivers and most of them were positive , but there was a few negative and when I received the item I was surprised people left negative reviews I am very happy with it so far.It is a very good quality you can tell ,it has a nice rubbery handle does not slip and the finish on this is excellent for $19 I payed it is a very good value for sure.Some people mentioned it's not made in Japan ,Not a problem It made in Thailand very good tools comes out from Thailand as well.If you looking for JIS screwdrivers this one is highly recommended!Yow will be happy what you getting for your money!!Also some people said the handle has a rubber coating to me it is more like a thick molded rubber Casing rather than a coating that would wear of so I don't think that will be a problem later .I hope you will enjoy using yours!I love to own quality tools ,they last a long time this one gives me that vibe .If you need one get this one you will be Happy with it .This set has a wide range of sizes from small to big. All comes handy for Electrician work or working on engines, or delicate audio electronics Cd players, Amplifiers that needs a nice fitting screwdriver so the screw heads being preserved not deformed!Only issue I had is the box came in a padded envelope and the box was crushed at one end ...But how many people would keep this in the box not many so that is ok , it will go in to your tool chest or tool box drawer .

I restore Antique HiFi gear as a hobby. Lots of the brands I work with are "Made in Japan". I've tried using standard USA Philips Screwdrivers but they easily cam-out and damage the screws. I prefer to do a restoration so that no one can tell it was ever worked on. These screwdrivers work very nicely and being magnetic, it keeps me from dropping a screw into a hard to reach/find place. Price seems very reasonable.

Nicely machined and finished for the price. These work great on my big old Daiwa Sealine reels, with the size 2 being used the most. The driver seems to fit better than a standard Phillips in both my reel screws and also on my car (Japanese, made in USA). I don't see a disadvantage to JIS type for my uses, though I'm sure there are specific applications where the fit won't be as good as Phillips. Some say that Japanese vehicles may use different screw types depending on which country they are actually assembled in, it might be worth a little research to be sure.

I spent time rebuilding/reconditioning a 1995 Yamaha FZR1000, and if you work on Japanese Sportbikes/Supersports, you know why using JIS is important. The fit is spot on, excellent grip design, easy to use and get a grip, perfect weight and balance. Only downside, the screen printed writing wears off VERY quickly. But, I didn’t buy it to look at, I bought them for wrenching

They seem to fit my hand just fine, they seem like they are built with quality materials, and seem impervious to brake cleaner so far, time will tell of course and if they fail ,then I'll try a different brand.

I picked these up so I would have some JIS screwdrivers in my tool box. The grip has some give, and grip to it. Overall I would say they are a good prosumer grade tool.

They FIT. Phillips cam-out was designed for automated tooling. Power driven sheet rock. These work when you just need to drive the screw! They even grip cheap Horrible Freight screws. All hail JIS. Looking for 1/4 inch bits.

These JIS screwdrivers work phenomenally even on regular Phillips head screws. Where were these as I struggled for years with PHILLIPS HEAD screwdrivers camming out & destroying the screws?

I bought it for motorcycle as most screws are hard to unscrew but those screwdrivers are extremely durable and great grip

Despite doing some reading, I'm still unsure about the relationships between JIS, Phillips and ISO 8764 screws in both their old and new versions, and which parts of the world used which screws when. Especially with cheap screws in consumer electrical equipment, getting a decent fit often seems more a matter of luck than judgment. That said, these screwdrivers are decent quality and I wouldn't be without them. There are plenty of jobs where a PZ isn't right, and in those cases the Vessel screwdrivers generally give a secure grip without camming out.

an affordable set of JIS drivers,this set has pretty much all the sizes you might need or run across...this set is just the JIS drivers and doesn't include slotted and other types you likely don't need more of as some of their other sets do..the price is quite reasonable for a name brand,but you can tell these are likely Vessel's cheaper line...these are made in Thailand not Japan and while not super premium feeling tools,these absolutely do not feel like junk either.they are what you would expect from a Japanese company,there are some obvious cost cutting measures in the materials used,but that seems to be where it ends,the machining and plastic molding are crisp and well done,the steel "feels" like its decent and should last..everything is as good as it can be made to be at this price point...these are a good deal
