I'm not sure whether it is this adapter or we have a lot of out-of-spec bungs, but it doesn't fit 75% of the Tri-sure bungs we tried it on. We'll have to grind it to fit them.

If you handle flammable liquids in drums this socket combined with a bronze ratchet wrench speeds up the process a bit. I'm guessing that my Unitec ratchet cost at least 4 times what this made in China socket cost - so a bronze or aluminum bung wrench might suit you better - at less cost.
