I paired this with a 3†by 20’ sling for dropping belly pans on machinery. Grabs track pads nicely. I have had any issues with the safety latch.

Used it to keep the clamp on our forklift from getting jammed. Its sturdy and is good quality. It is a bit bigger than expected so we had to adjust some things to get it to work with the clamp but we have not had any other issues with it.

I purchased this swivel hook for use with my tractor and a lifting arm that I adapted to the front end loader. Works great and very pleased with the quality of this hook and shackle.

Good thing I didn’t buy this for the shackle. Hook seems to be decent quality, but don’t plan on using the shackle. It is total garbage. Threads were so galled up, had to use a wrench to loosen. After pulling the pin, it will only thread back in 1/2 way. Only thing shackle is good for, is a paper weight. Do yourself a favor and buy a decent shackle This shackle went in the trash.

The Clevis was missing from this item, I ordered two of them and they shipped from two different places, one had the Clevis and one did not...so not sure what happened.
