This is a great stand but too heavy for rig welders and stand is getting surface rust after a few months on the back on my rig .

Used to hold up a 48" reel of innerduct, pulled smooth and stands are rock solid. VERY HEAVY and the grit on the wheels help keep my rigid pipe from walking off during my pulling of Reel.

I would not buy again. I just had the 4th incident of a pipe walking the jack off its center and falling over while welding a moment again and said....."welp time to voice my opinion". I was lucky it didn't land on me. If it was once or twice I would say "user error". I have adjusted them multiple times and they always end up walking and tipping over. The wheels are not smooth and the base is too small so the pipe rolling causes them to wobble the pipe and it acts just like "walking the cup". I won't let my employees use them because I don't want a lawsuit. I user them but I have to check them constantly when beveling the edge of a pipe and prepping for welds. I would avoid unless you are willing to clean them up and modify for proper usage.
