Bolts were not long enough to go through the arms.Wrong nuts for bolts.Instruction book states using washers on all bolts..Parts list shows no washers provided.Pre drilled holes on winch are at least 3/8 of inch off from pre drilled holes on mounting arm.The manufacturer video shows how simple it is.. when in fact it’s as awkward and unbalanced/unstabled.
