We only received one ratchet and no handle. We contacted Vevor and they opened a ticket on the issue. Today we received a replacement order and customer service told us to keep the one ratchet. Solid products and great customer service.

These ratcheting binders are excellent for the price. I would say though, that you need to remove the eye bolts from the ratcheting body and grease the threads. The internal threads were rusty and so hard to turn. The other thing I would suggest is removing the ratcheting handles before going down the road. The threads are short and at a steep angle; they’ll vibrate off easily.

The overall quality is good, but two complaints. Main issue is the handle for the ratchets won’t stay in, and fall out while tightening the chain. I used Jbweld and it solved the issue. Other is the chain is pretty thin and light duty. When transporting my tractor I’ll use these in combination with ratchet straps to be safe.

Only 1 of the 4 appears to be usable. Handle will not go in the hole on 2 of them and the 3rd one will not stay locked in gear. Vevor means junk, don't waste your time.

Fit, finish and operation seem good. Time will tell as we used these to mount a 10ft snow pusher on a tractor bucket. Will revisit this review if they don't hold up

Vevor has yet to disappoint me. I ordered a set of these to secure my tractor and backhoe to my trailer so I could carry them to my brother-in-law's farm and do some work there for him. I couldn't have asked for a more secure load. And when finished, the handles come out for easier storage.

Chains are really heavy duty. Hooks as well. Ratchets also very heavy duty and the ratcheting system makes tying down heavy machinery so much easier than the ratchet straps that always seem to come loose. I tie down multiple heavy tractors and side by sides with these and they work great. Highly reccomend. My only suggestion for improvement should they update this product would be to make the chain links have a slightly bigger hole. That way if you don't need the full length of chain you can pull the pin on the hook and put it in a different spot. The pink is removable however it only fits in the final chain link. Small thing. But would be helpful if updated in the future.

Les chaînes sont correctes, les poignées étaient dans la boite mais pas de tendeurs. Je ne recommande pas. Impossible de rejoindre la compagnie et amazon n’a pas pu m’aider. Vraiment déçu. J’ai finalement acheté d’autres tendeurs d’une autre compagnie
