Electronic components do fail. I get it. But, you don’t expect a product that is bought for $135 to have problem from the get go. First of all, for the money it didn’t have some basic functionality such as clock and timer. Dealing with their customer service was quite time consuming. Though they were polite in their emails, it takes one day for each reply. When I said the unit was not working the way it should on day one of installation they replied quite casually “oh the sensor and mother board might be badâ€. I didn’t want them to send replacement components and change them by myself - which might void warranty. So ended up returning the piece of garbage back to Amazon.Amazon, kindly vet out your suppliers properly.Humble advice - Do not waste your money and time!

My experience with this low voltage transformer is that it is a heavy duty model.Pros1. 3 zones2. 600 total watts3. Two voltage choices, 14V for longer wire runs.Cons1. Light sensor is very sensative, too senative, as you need near total darkness for it to turn on the lights. I was able to correct this by placing black electrical tape over the sensor lens and allowing the right amount of light in. This turned out to work just fine.2. There is no time setting, as ithers have mentioned, but I want the lights to come at dusk, so I didn't need the transformer to maintain the time. For the price, which is not expensive, and to have 3 zones and 600W, I found this to be a good value.I'm running 3 zones and around 40 lights.
