Sturdy Polypropylene Body
The shell of the air-operated diaphragm pump adopts polypropylene construction, all bolted, solid, and corrosion-proof. Max. Temperature: 150 ℉/66 ℃; Max. Pressure: 80 psi.
PTFE Double Diaphragm
The self-priming pump features double PTFE diaphragms, which have high resistance to corrosion and aging. Max. Flow Rate：2.5 GPM; Max Head Lift：226.4 ft/69 m.

I have a long asphalt driveway that I have been sealing with the asphalt sealer from Lowes and Home Depot. I thin the sealer with 25%-50% water depending on the brand of sealer, and spray with a soap nozzle on a pressure washer wand. Too thin and it dribbles a bit, too thick and it splatters, but this pump has been very reliable. With all the trial and error, this pump has been the most consistent part of the project. Doesn't use too much air. Not too loud. Sometimes when I stop the spray, the pump bleeds air so I added a ball valve to the air inlet.

I bought this pump for asphalt sealcoat on my tank. It pumps excellent. Asphalt sealcoat is a thicker emulsion that is used to protect pavement. This pump handles it with no issues pumping at 90 psi.

Pumps well enough. Using it to pump liquids on a commercial truck while at jobsites using truck air system. There is a distinct rattle which is likely from the diaphragm system, but it does pump.
