It didn’t take too long to assemble, but it was helpful to have two people. This is a very well made, sturdy book cart. It was just what I wanted.

The cart looks great in pictures, but in reality it is a disaster and a nightmare to assemble. First, the holes did not align forcing us to use special tools to drill new holes so we can lock in the screws. Second, as you can see in the picture, the paint is already coming off and rust is starting to show. I would not recommend. There are better products out there.

Initially I ordered the black version and that was fine. However the white version arrived with paint peeling and appeared to have been previously returned by another customer. Needed cart for a project involving lots of books so there was no time to return it. Also for the version price was over $60 more than the black version. Does not make sense.
