This product is listed as; "High Hardness Rugged Round Horn Anvil Blacksmith, for Bending, Shaping". When my anvil arrived I tapped it with a small ball peen hammer just to hear what it sounded like. Well. It went clunk and dimpled the surface. This is NOT a "High Hardness" or "rugged" anvil. It is pretty much an anchor and I don't even own a boat. Nice try VEVOR. It looks like an anvil but I seriously doubt it will perform well as one.

Got to use the anvil for the first time today. Hardy tool is already denting the hole and a missed swing left a huge imprint on the face of the anvil. It's not hard. Didn't ring at all when I got it but I figured it was just the size of the anvil and I was being too gentle.
