Product works good and keeps an even heat. Waffles came out with consistent results over a few batches. My biggest complaint about this is the finish work. All the metal surfaces were very rough. Hurt your finger tips as you ran them over it. Couple metal splinters and shards as well. The corners are completely square (like sharp). Spent a few hours with a light sandpaper and smoothed over everything and rounded over the corners a bit. Think that’s all it needed. It’s a good product but with just a little more work it could have been a great product

I was so excited to receive my waffle maker. After cooking several waffles and trying to adjust the temperature, we could not get one waffle to cook evenly on both sides. One side, the bottom side, was always more done. For this reason, I sent it back.

Great commercial style waffle iron. Haven’t had a true waffle since discovering a bunch of food allergies, so bought one of these and it delivers. Deep real waffle divots to hold lots of butter, fruit and whip cream; Just like iHop.
