Purchased two of these November 2024. Packaging seems to be updated in order to fix the shipping damage they were having of bent frames. The main panel on the swinging door is thin, flimsy, and mostly held in with caulk. Many reports show the panel arriving damaged. My two were no exception. The main frame on one of mine is misaligned at the miter corner. Both units arrived with no seal on the backside of the mounting flange. Reached out to customer service and after 5 days was provided a video showing how to align the miter corners. No response related to the main panel damage. All in all, you are probably looking at this due to the cost vs other manufacturers. In my opinion, if you are a bit handy and are ok with these needing work before installation, they are not a bad purchase. If you are not handy and expect to unbox them and go straight to install, you might consider a higher end product.

Really a good buy in my opinion. I ended up drilling some additional mounting holes in the frame, caulked some areas and cut drainage grooves on the outside of the bottom rail since water gets into the bottom rail and may make its way inside the walls. Not sure why they didn't think of it, like standard window makers do. Otherwise it's quite good quality. It arrived well packaged all the way to Alaska. The dimensions were spot on (internal big part of the frame, without the flange) the white color seems oure white, not bluish like some of the other accessories one may buy.
