We replaced the plexiglass with a glass panel & had to take a few extra steps to reinforce for safety, but overall the end product turned out amazing! This was installed in our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier!

We installed this window (24x36) in a metal pole building. It’s great. Vevor provides great customer service, sending instructions when I wanted to replace the panel with a real glass window. It installs easily (if your skills are basic, hire a professional) and is water tight and functional. Will buy again.

These will work in a building well ! It will need to be framed in super tight as there isn’t much of a nailer around the exterior. We used these on each side of our new boathouse. They came with solid white inserts so I had a local company put tinted glass in them. I also added a handle to pull them back in instead of using the locking latch the struts are super strong so must be opened and closed with some force.4/5 stars because Some minimal scuffs right out of the box and one was returned because the latch was stripped and nearly fell off but they sent a replacement right away.

Left Shock came in defected and made the Awning looked warped . Pretty bummed out about that.

We purchased this concession window to put into a trailer, it is absolutely perfect! The size dimensions were exact, the lock/handle is sturdy, the 2 hydraulic lift springs are very good. It actually exceeded our expectations. The ONLY con, was the weather-strip seal doesn't stay in place after installation, so we silicone caulked it in place. We definitely recommend this item.

The window companies wanted $7,000-$9,000 for a flip up window. I bought this one and Inuit in a million dollar home. It looks and works great.

Like many others reported, the corners of the window were bent, granted you can straighten them out reasonably well but you shouldn't have to.

Your product arrived with a very small piece missing. We reached out to the manufacturer with no response. We reached out to the seller with no response. We requested a return and was not sent a prepaid return shipping label. We again requested the part just a small clip that helps keep the window closed. Still no response. Now we have a 60x40 hole in the side of our trailer with a window that will not work as we can’t keep it closed to move the trailer. Shop elsewhere !
