I stapled this in between my cathedral ceiling rafters. I was in the process of replacing insulation to a higher R value as well. Just with this material up alone, I was already retaining more heat this winter than with the lower R rated fiberglass batting. Now that I have the R19 up paired with this, it is a game changer. I would recommend this product for the price and quality!
