I would have kept it if I was just using it for tomatoes. But I needed it for the kousa berries and was too much of a chore. It’s simply easier to do it by hand. So I had to return it

This product works good on straining tomatoes. Much better than using the old hand crank method. The one problem that I had, was that it would plug up at the cone support bracket with tomato plup. Had to stop, take the strainer unit apart and clean out the plup from the support bracket. Had to clean all the parts and reassemble to continue straining more tomatoes. That support bracket needs to be redesigned with a cutter to cut the plup and keep it from plugging up. From a scale of 5, I would rate it at 3.5

The instruction book was not very easy to figure out how to use it.

It didn't work. The calendar part would fill up with skins and not let anything through . I would like to send it back. Let me know how

First of all this was a gift from my dad. I had to take it apart numerous times because even with the skin being soft it would not go through. It was not powerful enough. This was not my first rodeo with this either, but I tried working with this machine for 4 hours. They say no hassle money back guarantees. First, they want you to change the format of pictures🤔then their reply was “clean it moreâ€. There is one picture that it actually leaks from the main part. I went on their site now to see other machines. This is where you need to be careful. Each machine has the same reviews!! So it’s a totally lie!! When I fist looked I was like “oh wow 52 -4 star reviews†then I started looking at other machine and they are identical reviews! I would never ever use this company again. Shame on them and for telling lies from beginning til end. I want my money back and this is going to be a fight. I only had it for 2 days before I wanted to return it.
