Good for the money. Not for heavy duty everyday use but perfect for my needs at work where I'll occasionally have to carry longer trim peices or a ladder, etc.However, in order for the two uprights to be far enough apart to be effective, the front one has to mount towards the front of the truck and the truck-bed toolbox has to be slid quite a bit towards the back to still open. It's not that big of a deal to me but might be to others. But this will be true no matter what version of these types of rack you go with.Overall, a great value.

Like the idea and the way it’s set up but not tall enough for dodge ram it’s on its last adjustment and only has half an inch clearance if I have anything longer then bed over roof, should of bought the regular rack

Although I had a couple of minor issues installing these, it wasn't horrible, just me misunderstanding the instructions or not thinking. Once installed, it holds my 11 1/2 foot kayak, keeping it out of the way while we pull our camper to the campgrounds. I've been impressed with the stability too. There is little to no shake with a yak strapped to it while we're going down the highway. Definitely a must have!

This ladder rack is pretty durable and sturdy when I mounted it to my truck. There is a lot of adjustability as you can adjust the height as well as the width of the ladder area. This mounted to my truck with 3 bolts per ladder rack. You can also use this to carry a trifold atv/sled ramp as well.

For an F-150, the adjustable legs do not fit, in the box, and you have to modify the entire assembly in order for it the clear the cab! The problem with this, you are modifying the integrity of the structure. Decently made for the price, for the right truck, but you will have time invested to make them fit on a Ford, not sure about other makes/models.
