This is much smaller than it appears. It arrived with a missing piece. It’s a nice product, though.

The product itself was great, sturdy, well built and looked nice. The issue is the customer service process is TERRIBLE. We have been trying to get the code to open the door to allow for install and cannot get them to give it to us. We have sent the product information, our invoice, the description and a photo of the serial tag that is on the back of the box and they just keep asking for or sending us the description.We are returning it.
