These steps are very, very important to my daily training. They were easy to assemble and the color is awesome. I use these steps as a seat for seated cable rolls, lap, pull downs and as well as pull-ups and deficit training with an Olympic bar.

This review is for the 18-inch. Box is heavy enough to provide the stability needed for various uses. I use mine for step-ups, box jumps, raised surface for push-ups and pike push-ups and Australian pull-ups. It makes an indispensable workout accessory. And it's compact enough to be put out of the way when not in use.

J'ai acheté ces plyo car ce sont les mêmes que chez mon kiné et je les trouve plus esthétiques que celles en bois.Elles sont faciles à monter, et je les ai reçues rapidement.Le coté empilable est bien pratique pour ne pas perdre trop de place.Rien à dire de plus, ce sont des plyos, elles font le taff et sont bien solides.
