This is the second set of these exact binders we have purchased for our excavation business but for some reason the handles are not the same size so we always have to go back to tool box to find correct handles for the binders. Had to spray paint one set and don't use the others.

Well…Call me old fashioned, but when I buy something…I expect to get everything, and the items I do get…I expect to work as described. I only received one of the removable tensioning handles, and it isn’t machined well enough to fit all the way into the chain binder. She’s never going to think my tractor’s sexy…if I can’t secure it and get it to her house! How am I ever supposed to be an “American Stud†if I can’t buy a damn Chinese made chain binder that works well enough to haul my American made tractor? For the love of god…what is this world coming to??? Truth is…I know better than to buy Chinese, but unlike their delicious ham fried rice…they don’t get many other things correct. They sure try to build everything, but they ought to try building it correctly…before worrying about how many orders they can get…Signed Lonely “not sexy†tractor man…UGH
