Wish they had some smaller tubes to attach but overall this thing is great for Italian sausage. Been making sausage my whole life and this thing makes it so painless.

Although my sausage was fairly dry, liquid started leaking out around the base, followed by small chunks. Soon the seal squeezed out as well. To hard to use and made a huge mess. I returned it.

This unit worked very well. I like the fact i can control how the meat is coming out of tube into my casing. With motored machine it takes second for motor to shut down overfilling the casing. Easy to crank,easy to use easy to fill.

Ok, so I’ve used it four times now, so here are my thoughts:Yes, it seeps out a little around the bottom ring when you’re using a lot of pressure. We just kept going because it wasn’t enough to slow down production.Yes, you have to be careful when lining the round plunger at the top or the gasket will roll a little on you. So just be careful.Yes, keep an eye on the horn because just a small twist holds it in and it may loosen some after you’ve cased a bit. So just twist it back.It’s a bit of a pain to clean unless you have a large sink. Just take it apart (which is easy)and take your time. I affixed mine to my deck for the sun to really dry out after washing, and that seemed a win.This isn’t a perfect machine, but for the price, it still beats trying to case using the attachment on my grinder. Being able to pack the meat in the cylinder and then easily crank and case is worth it for me. It just took so long to feed the meat back through the grinder as opposed to this. It’s worth it to me so far. I also thought I probably needed someone to crank while I managed the casing, but I have the hang of doing it myself now.

If you order this you're not going to get what's in the picture You're going to get something that clamps to the table. The picture they have is of $130 sausage stuffer with stainless stuffers, you're going to get a mostly aluminum clamp to the table style cheap sausage stuffer with no gear drive. Complete waste of time if you want something for sausage making I would look somewhere else

Works good but needs a smaller tube for snack sticks and sausage links. Ease of use is great. Not hard to clean. Seal will get pinched if not careful when starting. Now that I know that I watch for this starting and works perfect. Only reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is because I cannot find smaller tube that will work on this stuffer for smaller casing like sheep casing.

Excellent machine pour faire des saucisses merguez chipolatas nous avons fait nous même des saucisses ect....avec ce matériel nous ne regrettons pas notre achat

As first glance, it seemed sturdy and well made. But, there are a couple of design faults that make it unusable - the handle needs a strong arm to turn and this becomes very tiring. But ok. The major problem is that the small silicone seal at the base is not thick enough and does not seat properly. So this seal always pops out and the meat squeezes around the base, instead of the nozzle. Because the whole machine then has to be unscrewed and dismantled, that is the end of sausage making. It has happened the last 4 times and is unusable.. pity that this machine will end up as junk in metal recycling.
