I purchased this 150 foot long VEVOR Climbing Rope with jumar to clean my 8-12 steep roof on my house. I attached it to my waist harness. It works great. I probably could have purchased a shorter rope but wanted to have enough rope to work on both sides of the roof without having to throw it over the roof a second time. It is very strong and the professional grade jumar is very easy to attach, adjust and remove-reattach when I move to the other side of the roof. I am 72 years old so cannot afford to fall off a roof.

I purchased this safety rope for use on my roof. This along with a fall prevention harness and a roof anchor enabled me to work on a 10/12 pitch.

Used it to work on the roof....easy to use, felt safe, the 100' might of been overkill though.... but glad I had it.

Purchased this assembly to complement my new harness! Have a 12/12 roof- this is a must-have for that kind of work! The rope is easy to handle & the slide/ lock works well. They also have a 100 ft version.

Purchased the Lifeline plus the Vevor Harness. All are to ANSI standards, worked well and cheap personal health insurance for a "just in case" moment in falling off the roof.

Seems to be as good as any I have seen and the price was good. The braided rope is much easier to handle then regular rope.

As an electronics technician I used fall protection all the time. I purchased this product for home use, in particular installing a roof on my house 40 ft up at peak with a 10 in 12 pitch. I felt secure and I found it comparable to my work rig. Only 2 difference were noted, my work rope was considerably more flexible, this one is more ridged which I found better with less chance of entanglement. The other is the locking mechanism on the rope grab, my work unit used pins and a spring lever to keep it locked, this one uses a long fine thread bolt with a knurled head. This one takes longer to put on, but I think it is safer. Not once did the bolt back off and in most cases it was difficult to unscrew after use; I usually had to tap it to loosen it enough to unscrew by hand.

Rope meets expectations but the rope grab was never included in the order.
