Have been trying to find a filter for my shop vac (it’s old) for mths, live In a rural area, so when I would pick one up (Walmart, Lowe’s, ace hardware), would end up taking back, they were not the right size, found this on on Amazon, it fits snug, but was able to get it on.

I use these in a shop vac that is dedicated to pellet stove cleaning. No dust escapes and they are a fraction of the Ridgid brand filters. They fit as expected and typically last a heating season.

A little tight just like everyone says and I haven't had to take it on and off many times so won't know how it holds up the on/off process but the filter is very good quality and material feels just like oem ridgit filters. I'll write an update later so far 4 stars

Good quality, snug fit like others mention. However, used a flat head screw driver to assist the rubber seal over the flange. Works like the factory filters!

Same as rigids new style replacement. Can’t really see a difference. Both are very different than the OG filter that came with my shop vac. The OG had a lot more pleats and surface area but these look more washable. Will have to see initially upset by the dramatic difference and purchased brand name filter and found out rigid changed the style. This knock off looks identical a 1/2 the price

Did not fit the vacuum it said it would. It said it would fit my vacuum did not.
