I ordered this to place on a powered salt spreader, which was having trouble with the rocksalt getting stuck and not feeding. I installed this on the spreader and can feel the vibrations all the way up in the cab of my Polaris side-by-side. It is more than powerful enough to do the job and lasted all winter with no issues, and still going strong.

I needed a vibratory table and didn't want to spend much I was able to make a pretty good unit with this and a speed controller.

I got this vibrator to power a vibratory feeder tray that slowly pours powdered rocks onto a small wet- shaker table that separates out heavy minerals and collects them into buckets for later processing. I have it wired from a high frequency speed controller to adjust the rate of feed. I can also adjust the tilt of the tray- making it steeper, speeding up the amount of feed and every powdered rock sample is slightly different, and the one thing is that the powder has to be absolutely bone dry! This vibrator is powerful and does a great job on a low power setting. I have a small, 2500-watt 110v AC TO 12v DC, inverter supplying the 12volts needed and this works great! Everyone might mount and wire this different from me but be sure to read the specs and directions when you do it! Quality product! Great find!

I am using this mounted to the side of a plastic drum I use for fertilizer and weed control. I simply add my chemicals and switch the vibrator on and it mixed everything in a couple of minutes and mixes it better then I can by hand. It feels well made and is holding up well. I would buy again. 5 STARS

Just what I needed to vibrate damp pit run out of my steel dump trailer. Works great, a lot of vibration for such a small unit. Would recommend

I like the devivce, I got a 40W version already which I used for a sandblast cabinet that needs to be post tuned. This one is so powerful that I am looking for a new projet. I could have tune it too, but I would like to use it for its full capacity. Maybe some sand casting related project.

Alright to be clear I am using this for a soil sifter not a mixer or spreader. But in the end the use works the same.The unit is small and compact, the case is rugged and well made.The description is slightly confusing as the listing says 100lb force, but the specs say 200lbs force. Through use I'd definitely say it's 200lbs force, you do not want to be holding this unit when it turns on or items attached to it or you may injure yourself. It's very powerful overall but be careful when your sizing it for your job as it may be more then you need.Ran a couple yards through it so far and after about 1 yard of soil w/ rocks it broke through 2 construction lag screws, it seriously sheared right through them. So I would suggest to attach with forged bolts (supplied) or forged lag screws at a minimum, cast lags are not enough.
